KL Dhumazi Incorporated Attorneys was incorporated in 2019, A new generation and energetic law firm to practice under the name Dhumazi Incorporated. The firm is rapidly expanding under the leadership of Mr Kulani Lionel Dhumazi who is supported by a team of highly skilled legal practitioners.

TRANSFORMATION

KULANI DHUMAZI
BIOGRAPHY
A
n Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Conveyancer and Notary Public with over 15 years technical knowledge and experience in Income Tax, VAT and Employee’s tax audits of both public and private institutions in managerial positions including Mutual & Federal Insurance Company South Africa (now Old Mutual Insure), Tata Motors South Africa, Total South Africa and South African Revenue Services where he obtained sufficient understanding and advanced knowledge of taxation. He completed his articles of clerkship under the mentorship of a seasoned attorney, Geoff Ferreira of VFV Attorneys.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree together with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours wherein he focused on Strategic Management and Finance.
His passion for taxation can be seen through his advanced studies in the field with includes a Higher Diploma in Taxation – South African and International Tax, a Higher Diploma in International Tax Law, an Advanced Course in Value Added Tax and an internationally renowned Advanced Diploma in Transfer Pricing from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, United States.
He was admitted to the South African Institute of Tax Professionals as a Master Tax Practitioner (SA) in 2008 and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association – South African Chapter.
Additional qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Financial Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law, Advanced Diploma in Tax Procedural Law, Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation and Certificate in Policy Development and Management.
